Who We Are
The Cube is a capacity-building and applied research organisation dedicated to improving how individuals access opportunities and how systems support their development. Founded in Novi Sad, Serbia, The Cube operates at the intersection of education, labour markets, and social development. Our work focuses on designing and implementing solutions that strengthen human capital, improve employability, and create more inclusive and functional systems. We collaborate with public institutions, educational providers, employers, and civil society organisations to develop sustainable models that go beyond project-based interventions and deliver long-term impact.
